We use only the best hardware to minimize failures and provide your company with stellar server reliability. We will never cancel your service due to unfixable hardware. Instead we will migrate your virtual server to completely new hardware at no cost.

Premier Virtual is proud to offer 99.99% network connectivity uptime with a money back guarantee. If there ever is a network connectivity issue determined by us to be in our data center or anywhere on our global network backbone, we offer a pro-rated money back guarantee. The maximum refund is your monthly rate, determined as either your monthy fee, or 1/12 of your yearly fee. The maximum of any refund shal not exceed $1000. Network connectivity is determined as the connection to the Internet between our the physical server your service resides on and our global network backbone. Network outages outside of our network on the public Internet can not be guaranteed. Upon determiniation of such a connectivity issue, please contact us for a refund.

Premier Virtual offers 99% availability and a money back guarantee for our servers. Scheduled server maintenance is excluded from this guarantee. You are responsible for the uptime and availability of your virtual server and the software and services you decide to run. If it is determined by us that the physical server on which your virtual server resides is unavailable beyond our guarantee, we offer a pro-rated money back refund. Premier Virtual guarantees to never raise your price as long as you are a customer in good standing. Upgrading to a new service level is excluded. We spend great effort to maintain long term purchase contracts with our hardware, software and infrastructure partners to bring your our low price. We expect to maintain our low prices and offer them to you as a guarantee.
